SKYLINE SCENARIO TOURNAMENT RULES
This scenario tournament will be loosely based on the
SPPL Tournament format. Teams should have a minimum
of five games with a maximum
of 6 total teams. So be
sure
to pre-register! The fewer teams that play the more
games you will end
up playing.
1.)
Games Last
30 minutes
and are played by
two
teams.
2.) This
is
a
10 Man
Tournament.
However,
teams may
consist
of a minimum of 5
players. If
your team has more
than 10
players, alternates may
switch with
players at
reinsertions. (See
pricing
for
additional players
over 10 man
roster)
3.)
There will be
three
(3) Bases
with flag
stations.
One main
base for each team
and a swing
base that can be
controlled by
either team. 1
point
will be
awarded for each
minute that
a team
controls a base (based on the
color of the
flag raised. Each
base will be roughly
the same distance
from each
other (approx 75-100
yards)
4.) There will be three (3) ammo cans
(capture
objectives) hidden
on
field
with team capture
advantages inside.
Capture
objective
must be
taken to and only
opened by the
team
captain and
checked in by
ref to
be awarded
points for that
objective.
Only
captains can
use the capture
advantages and must
notify a
ref and hand ref
advantage
prior to use. Capture objectives are not
transferrable
between games. ( See note on
sniper rounds
)
Capture Advantages: CO = Captain Only use CO/AP = Checked in by Captain, can be used by Any Player
a.) CO: Allows one air strike
which
eliminates all
players
within
30 feet of
ground zero (25
points)
b.) CO :
Allows one
instant
resurrection of all
players on
that
team. (15
points)
c.) CO/AP: M40
Sniper
Rounds - eliminate any player
at any
distance (25
Points) - Target must be
visible
to
be sniped.
Note: Sniper rounds may be used by any player after and only after the capture objective has been checked in by Captain/Ref.
5.) When eliminated you will go directly without talking or signaling to other team members to your elimination zone where you will wait until the next reinsertion. Players in the elimination zone may not communicate with players on the field.
6.) Reinsertions will occur every 10
minutes. Two
(2) reinsertions per 30 minute game. If you surrender, you
must go to the
elimination zone as
if you were
hit, and wait to
re-insert.
7.) Your team must have a Team Captain.
If
this Captain is hit, the
opposing team is awarded
15
points.
Team Captains cannot be
changed during a game.
If
you want
to change
captains it
must happen
prior to
starting of game and
must be
checked in with
ref.
